'Heart of Gold' is a South Wales based project (formerly known as 'Guitars 4 Good'), the aim of which is to raise awareness of childhood cancer, particularly neuroblastoma, and related issues.
Although the website is UK based, we have the same issues here as in other countries such as the U.S. and Australia,
and so the site contains links useful to parents in America and Australia also.
The photos of the children on the website are on here with the blessing of the children's parents.
